We use a data-informed process to help identify the right partners, narrowing the field from the partnerships that our clients could pursue to only the partnerships that they should pursue.

Valuation and Negotiation

We’ve developed our own valuation model that we call the PVI: Partnership Valuation Index. It uses data and insights to assign “real market” values to sponsorship assets. The output of the PVI then becomes an integral part our negotiation strategy.

Partnership Management and Execution

We execute each partnership in a meticulous manner. No detail is overlooked. No asset is too small. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our clients get every single contracted asset, and then some. 

Talent Acquisition and Creative Stewardship

We play an integral role in creative development. From identifying and securing brand endorsers to guiding the creative process, we make sure our client’s content is authentic to each partnership.

Activation Planning and Implementation

Whether it’s concepting and executing branded activations from start to finish or working in collaboration with our brand client or other partner agencies, we have hundreds of hours of on-site activation experience under our belts.

Measurement and Reconciliations

Partnerships that don’t perform, don’t get renewed. We hold our sports and entertainment partners to a high standard, requiring them to produce performance metrics after every season or event.
